Funeral arrangements are slated for 11 AM Saturday, Sept. 12th at The Church of God of Prophecy on State Street in Raleigh. A wake service will be observed Friday night between the 7-8 hours at the church also. The burial location is Carolina Biblical Gardens in Garner.

Mr. Barkley lived a full life. He was a military retiree who resided in Germany for some time. After the military, Mr. Barkley became a Mortgage Broker and retired from that profession also. His remains were shipped to William C. Brown Community Funeral Home in Baltimore where his relatives made final arrangements for him.
