The Burial will follow at Rand Street Church Cemetery. She was born on July 13, 2002 to Teresa Ledgester and Terrell Bellamy. "Tisa" has one Son, Taidrian Terrell, Ledgester, four Sisters: Trinity L., Azariah L., Ming and Hailey; four Brothers: Joseph L., Jordan L., Calvin L., and Jacoby Brailsford. She attended East Wake High School.
