Funeral arrangements are scheduled and they are the following: Visitation on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Lori's Funeral Home Chapel Celebration of Life Ceremony, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Sandy Branch Missionary Baptist Church located at 4318 Governors Road, Roxobel, NC 27872. The burial will follow the Celebration service in the Hoggards Family Cemetery in Kelford, NC. Isiah 58:9 Tabitha Evon Moore Wiggins lovingly known as "Pinky" was born on October 25, 1969 to the late Delorse Frances Moore and David Lee. The older of two children, Tabitha "Pinky" loved life and enjoyed each day always smiling and joking with whoever was around. Tabitha completed her education in Bertie County Public School system graduating as a proud member of the 1988 class of Bertie Falcons. In 1998 Tabitha relocated to Raleigh North Carolina to begin a new chapter in her life and career. Eager to provide the best for her girls (Terra & Tinesha) she began employment with the State of North Carolina. Tabitha worked with the state of North Carolina Health and Human Services for the past 10 years. Tabitha loved her job and was an active member of the State Employee's Association of NC SEANC. An Advocate for the state Tabitha attended conferences to learn of all the benefits available to state employees. Tabitha "Pinky" leaves to cherish her wonderful memories are her devoted daughters: Terra and Tinesha Winborne of Raleigh, North Carolina; two special grandsons, Khalil (KJ) and Karson McNeil of Raleigh, North Carolina; one brother Craig Arnaz Moore of Raleigh, North Carolina; a loving and caring father Kenneth (PaPa) Ruffin of Kelford, North Carolina and; one devoted sister Detrich Wilson (Timothy) of Suffolk, Virginia. She also leaves to cherish her memories are her aunts: Vernetta M. Henderson (Ronald) of Lewiston, North Carolina, Angellia Swain (Reginald) of Albany Georgia, Cassandra Andrews (Larry) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Jacquelyn Shelton (Larry) of Kelford, North Carolina; three uncles, Donald Moore (Minerva) of Lewiston, North Carolina, Larry Moore of Kelford, North Carolina and Kenneth Moore (Laura) of Kelford, North Carolina;nephew, Raquan Craig as well as a host of aunts,uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends,and the (R and B) Raleigh and Bertie friends who will miss her dearly. Tabitha "Pinky" now join in eternity her loving mother, Delorse and beloved grandmother, Clementine Moore .
