Patsy Olive

Saved by grace through faith, Patsy Yvonne Olive of Smithfield, NC, moved on to Paradise on May 8, 2026. Born September 20, 1945, she was the second of four children born to Belvin and Lousie Strickland of Smithfield. A lover of animals and having an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, she was preceded in eternity by her husband, Clarence E. Olive Jr.

She is survived by her sister Sue Goodman of Charlotte, her husband, Sunny, and their children Terri Jordan and family of Charlotte and Robyn Johns and family of Charlotte; brother Marty Strickland of Clayton, his wife Chris, and their son Brandon and family of Clayton; brother Mike Strickland of Pine Level; cousin Valerie Corbett of Smithfield; cousin David Corbett and his wife Brenda of Four Oaks; and cousin Ronnie Strickland of Greensboro.
