Maurice Hunter departed this life on May 7, 2009 at his home in Raleigh. Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at the Herman Arthur Womack Memorial Chapel inside Lori Chappell's Funeral Home in Raleigh. The burial followed at Mount Hope Cemetery.
