Mamie S Kennedy

Mrs. Mamie Sue Kennedy, 76, peacefully transitioned on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Brian Center in Clayton, N.C. surrounded by her loved ones . She was born in Elberton, Ga. on February 25,1942 and was the daughter of the late Newt Lee Black and Estelle Saxton Black. Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by a brother and a sister. Her survivors include four daughters: Peggy Cozad of Tennessee, Susan and Mike Davis of Kenly, NC, Tracy and (Curtis) Edgerton of Princeton,NC and Jacque (Andy) Albright of Charleston,SC; one son, Roy (Beverly) Kennedy of Princeton,NC; a host of grandchildren great grandchildren; one sister, Ann Yelton of Hodges,SC; two brothers: Roscoe (Judy) Black of Paducah, Kentucky and Johnny (Margie Black) of Dunn, NC. The final Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later time.
