Laura Ann Thornton

Laura Ann Thornton Laudate left us suddenly on October 5. Laura was born in Kinston, NC, then lived in Santa Cruz, CA, before finally settling in Raleigh 23 years ago. Laura is survived by her husband, Matthew Casey Laudate; father, David Keith Thornton; mother Cynthia Lynn Basden; two younger sisters, Asia Jai Taylor, and Iona Skye Taylor; and various aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Laura will be missed by us all. A Celebration of Laura's Life will be held at Lori's Funeral Home, 1014 Garner Rd, Raleigh, NC 27601 at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2019.
