Mr. Kevin Addison Carter, 57 of Raleigh passed away on 11/15/2023 at UNC Rex Healthcare located at 4420 Lake Boone Trail, Raleigh. Funeral arrangements are slated for a 12 Noon Visitation and a 1 PM Celebration of His Life Ceremony on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Lori's Funeral Home Headquarters located at 1110 Holmes Street, Raleigh, NC 27610. The Graveside Ceremony will conclude the services, and is cheduled for 12 Noon on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Oakwood Cemetery in Syracuse, New York.
