Joycelynn Banks

Joycelynn Kiana Banks, 26 of Fuquay-Varina was born on June 28, 1996 and transitioned to her heavenly home on May, 21, 2023. She was born in Raleigh NC, and Joycelynn grew up in Fuquay-Varina. She attended Wake County Public Schools in Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs. Her passions involved: doing hair, makeup, and nails. Joycelynn was a rising star, her ambition, gifts and fortitude were just as infectious as her beautiful persona. Additionally, she was beautiful, graceful, loving and bright. Joycelynn was an absolute Joy to be around, and oh that gorgeous smile that had the power to light up any room. She also had a beautiful voice. Left to cherish her memories and to keep her legacy, she leaves her parents Kenya Banks and John Smith, 7 wonderful siblings, and a host of family and friends. She fought the good fight and now fly high angel. Funeral services are slated for an 11 AM Visitation followed by the 12 Noon Celebration of Her Life Ceremony on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Macedonia Apostolic Church located at 9805 Fanny Brown Road, Raleigh, NC 27603. The Burial will be Privately held at a later date.
