Joseph ‘JoJo’ Blue was born on January 20, 1995 in Dunn, NC to Carla Barrett and William Blue. Throughout his life, he was known for his warm smile and magnetic personality.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Carla Barrett and William Blue. His older siblings, Maria Barrett, Benjamin Blue, and Nevondea Blue, his 2 beautiful children, “Little Jo” and Unique, his grandmother, Sarah Perry, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle, cousins, and friends, who will all miss him dearly.
