Mrs. Jocelyn W. Singletary, 82, of Raleigh passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at her home. Funeral arrangements are slated for 11:30 Visitation and 12 Noon Celebration of Life Ceremony to be conducted on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Hayes Chapel Christian Church located at 315 E. Garner Road, Garner.
The Burial will follow at Singletary Cemetery in Bladenboro.
