Jeanette Alston

Jeanette Ann Alston, the daughter of Mathew Williams and Vernice Alston, was born March 21, 1988 at Wake Medical Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina.

On Monday April 7, 2025, God sent an Angel for Jeanette at 9:54 pm. His guiding Angel gently guided her as she quietly entered the gates of Heaven.

Jeanette Alston leaves to share and cherish her precious memories, her Mother, Vernice Alston of Raleigh, her Father, Matthew Williams of Willow Springs, her Son, Xzavion Bridges of Raleigh, Special friend, Troy Bridges of Raleigh, Sisters: Latifah Alston, Tracey Alston, Sophia Williams Booker all of Raleigh, And late sister Vanessa Williams; Brothers:  Ernest Alston, Matthew Alston Jr., Bryant Alston and Dre Alston all of Raleigh.

Jeanette (Jenny), known to family and close friends, graduated from Cary High School. She was on the West Cary Step Team. She enjoyed singing, dancing, double dutching, yard selling and thrifting. Jeanette loved a good sell. Jeanette was a BIG fashionista, always dressed to empress. Whatever room she walked in she was the light of that room, with her big bright smile, her laughter and her big heart. Jeanette never met a stranger. To know her was to love her. Jeanette was very big on family, love and GOD.

Final arrangements are complete.  A Celebration of Her Life Ceremony will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 11:30 AM beginning with a Visitation and culminating with a 12 Noon Celebration Service.  The host site is the Headquarters/Galleria for Lori’s Funeral Home and the address is:  1110 Holmes Street, Raleigh, NC 27610.
