Frederick Rand, 53, of Raleigh peacefully slipped into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh. Funeral arrangements are complete and are as follows: The Visitation will be held at 11 AM (one hour prior to the Celebration of His Life Ceremony) on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Trinity Faith Center located at 110 S. State Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. The Celebration of His Life Ceremony will take place immediately following the Visitation (at the same location) promptly at 12 Noon. The Burial is scheduled for 1:30 PM at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Raleigh. *Masks are required to attend the services and to keep everyone safe as the COVID-19 Pandemic is not over.
