David Mills of Raleigh peacefully transitioned on Monday, March 1, 2021. Arrangements are final. A Celebration of Life Ceremony has been scheduled fir 1 PM on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at the Funeral Chapel. David was an amazing person. He worked many years, tirelessly for the NC Department of Revenue and the City of Raleigh's Mount Hope Cemetery. Please keep the family lifted in prayer.
