Braxton Fernandes

Death Announcement for Braxton Francis Francis Fernandes, 68 of New Bern, NC.  He was the son of the late Braxton Fernandes Sr. and the Late Inez Johnson and entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 26, 2026 at UNC Chapel Hill.

Braxton leaves to cherish his memory: his Wife, Sharon Taylor-Fernandes of the home;  three sons:  Braxton Francis Fernandes Jr. of Rhode Island, Darnell Fernandes of Maine, and Andrew Fernandes of Raleigh, NC; three step-children:  Toniya Taylor-Richardson (Treymayne) of Bailey, NC, Troy L. Taylor (Margaret) of Raleigh, NC, and Donna Barrett of New Bern, NC, 14 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Remembrance will be held at a later date. A Visitation will take place at the home on Friday and Saturday, 517 Watson Ave. New Bern, NC.
