Bobby was an avid fisherman who loved sports, movies, and spending time with family. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Laura Mulligan, his children, Paycie Mulligan, Erin Pawski, Briann Feliciano, Justin Mulligan, and Jason Mulligan. His grandchildren, Jonah Mikesh, Abigail Pawski, Delilah Pawski, Jeremiah Mulligan, Aubree Mulligan, and Clinton Mulligan. His personality brightened the lives of those around him, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
