Austin Curtis, Sr

Austin Curtis, Sr. was born September 5, 1935 in Johnston County. He departed this life on Saturday, July 18, 2009 after a long illness. Mr. Curtis is survived by his wife, Carolyn and leaves his beautiful sons and daughters to mourn his loss. Funeral services were held on Friday, July 24th at 1 PM. The service was beautifully carried out by his nephew Pastor DeAshley Curtis and his son,Rev. Randy Curtis delivered the Eulogy. The burial followed the ceremony at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Raleigh. The service was attended by 800 people to help the family celebrate the life of their loved one.
