Sondra Wills

The Obituary Sondra Jeanette Katherine Wills, 82, of Raleigh NC passed away peacefully April 14, 2022 in bed at home. She was born September 7, 1939, in Guadeloupe, Guatemala to Charles and Elise Hugeniel Wills. For many years she worked as an assembler building time clocks. Sondra enjoyed sharing her many talents and donating her time to charities and organizations. She had many friends and was active in the TOPS organization at the time of her passing. Sondra was an avid reader. She was never without a book in hand. She passed this passion on to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Sondra's affinity for books was only surpassed by one thing, the love she had for her family. She often had more than one grandchild, or great-grandchild, in her company while enjoying family activities like going to the park, swimming, or taking them to and from school. She was devoted to her family and was especially proud of being a Mimi to all of her 21 grandbabies, which included 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Sondra is survived by her children Matthew Tenney, Sharon Young, Debbie (Craig) Carlson, Dardi (Ron) Kemp, grandchildren, Crystal (Brad) Abbott, Katrina Mays, Katherine (Michael) Price, Monique (Zach) Porter, Ashley (Travis) Day, Joshua Kemp, Jason Kemp, Joseph (Vernaliz) Kemp, Jessica Kemp, Nina Tenney, great-grandchildren Lindsey (Taylor) Hicks, Michaela Roberts, Harley Abbott, Kate Eskins, Justin Eskins, Rana Mays, Eleanor Porter, great-great-grandchildren Olivia Hicks, Blakely Brady, and siblings Gary (Brenda) Wills, Karen (Don) Carris, Neil (Nancy) Wills.
